About the role
We are a growing IT services company in Miami with a strong website, a bilingual blog and a clear offer: managed IT, cybersecurity, Proxmox virtualization and custom AI applications for businesses. We need a marketer who understands B2B, knows the Miami market and can turn our expertise into steady, qualified conversations.
You will own the marketing calendar, work closely with sales on lead quality, and report results honestly — what worked, what didn't and what we try next.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute a monthly B2B marketing calendar (LinkedIn, email, events, content)
- Grow our company and founder presence on LinkedIn with useful, professional content
- Support local SEO: Google Business Profile, listings, reviews requests from real clients, local partnerships
- Turn blog articles and guides into posts, newsletters and short videos
- Organize or attend local business events, webinars and chamber activities
- Track campaigns and lead sources in Google Analytics and the CRM, and share clear reports
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally for professional or technology services
- Strong writing in English and Spanish
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of the Miami / South Florida business landscape
- Organized, curious and comfortable learning technical topics
Nice to have
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile experience
- Basic design or video skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar)
- Experience with marketing automation or AI writing tools used responsibly
