For law firms & attorneys
IT for law firms that protects every privileged word.
Confidential files, court deadlines and client trust run on your technology. We secure it, keep it running and document it, so your attorneys can focus on the case, not the computer.
Confidentiality readinessIllustration
- MFA on email, practice management and remote access
- Encrypted laptops and phones with remote wipe
- Secure file sharing for privileged documents
- Backups tested with a real restore
- Written incident response plan on file
Sound familiar?
Your firm deserves more than an IT provider who…
Isn't there before a filing
Systems fail the night before a deadline and support answers in two days.
Leaves email exposed
No MFA, no encryption policy and no plan for the wire-fraud email that looks exactly like your client.
Can't explain your obligations
Nobody can tell you what "reasonable efforts" to protect client information look like in practice.
Client confidentiality is a professional duty. Your IT should treat it that way, every day.

FAQ
Questions law firms ask us
What does the Florida Bar require to protect client information?
Florida Bar Rule 4-1.6(e) requires lawyers to make reasonable efforts to prevent the inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, client information. What is reasonable depends on factors like the sensitivity of the information and the cost of safeguards. We help you implement and document practical controls such as MFA, encryption and access reviews.
Can our attorneys use AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes, with care. Florida Bar Ethics Opinion 24-1 and ABA Formal Opinion 512 allow generative AI while requiring lawyers to protect confidentiality, verify output and supervise its use. We help you choose tools with appropriate data settings and write a simple AI use policy.
What happens if our firm suffers a data breach?
ABA Formal Opinion 483 explains lawyers' duties to act promptly to stop a breach and to notify clients when material client information is involved. Florida's §501.171 also sets notice deadlines, generally within 30 days. We help you prepare a written incident plan in advance and respond calmly if it ever happens.
Do you support firms that work in English and Spanish?
Yes. Our support is fully bilingual, for attorneys, staff and, when needed, your clients.
Can you work with our practice-management software?
Yes. We support common platforms such as Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Smokeball, Filevine, NetDocuments and iManage, and coordinate with the vendor when needed.
Do you come on-site?
Yes. We visit offices across Miami-Dade and South Florida, and provide remote support wherever your attorneys are working.
