Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoreFloridaIT.com (the "Site"), operated by Core Florida IT ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for business users. Core Florida IT provides managed IT, server, hosting, cybersecurity, custom website and software development, and AI training services to businesses.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, contact us, request a free assessment, and use our AI chat assistant. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or communicating with us, and to use the Site only for lawful business purposes.

Informational Content Only

The content on the Site, including articles, service descriptions, and responses from our AI assistant, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not professional, legal, compliance, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for a consultation and written recommendation tailored to your business.

No Guarantee of Results

Examples, case descriptions, and statements about outcomes are illustrative. Results depend on many factors, including your existing systems, your team, and third-party products. We do not guarantee any particular result, level of security, uptime, or savings based on information presented on the Site.

Service Engagements

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, statement of work, or service-level agreement signed or accepted by both parties. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship or an obligation to provide services until such an agreement is in place.

Pricing

Prices, packages, and estimates shown on the Site are for general reference and may change at any time without notice. Final pricing is confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement from Core Florida IT. We are not bound by typographical errors or outdated pricing on the Site.

AI Chat Assistant

The Site's AI assistant is powered by a third-party AI model and is provided for convenience. Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Responses from the assistant:

• Are not binding quotes, offers, commitments, or contract terms;
• Do not constitute professional advice; and
• Should be confirmed with a member of our team before you rely on them.

Do not submit passwords, confidential credentials, health information, or other sensitive data through the assistant. Use of the assistant is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software, are owned by Core Florida IT or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print Site content for your internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. The Core Florida IT name and logo may not be used without our consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' data;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without written authorization;
• Introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation, security, or performance;
• Use automated tools to scrape the Site or overload our infrastructure;
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through forms or the chat assistant; or
• Attempt to manipulate the AI assistant to produce harmful content or reveal confidential information.

We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services, such as Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Core Florida IT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). This limitation does not apply to services governed by a separate written agreement, which sets its own terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Florida IT and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
